Registration process and instructions for payment

Please review the following information prior to completing your registration.

1. Contact your delegation leader

Registration for Centrallia 2016 is coordinated through our international network of Delegation Leaders. These official representatives are your primary point of contact for Centrallia 2016. They will help assess your company’s suitability for Centrallia 2016 and guide you through the registration process.

If you are a Manitoba company or if there is no Delegation Leader representing your region, please contact the World Trade Centre Winnipeg directly.

2. Registration

Access the registration and proceed in one of three ways:

I. Reactivate your profile

If you participated in Centrallia 2010 or Centrallia 2012, you may reactivate your online profile by choosing “Participated previously.” Payment options are listed below. Otherwise, please select “Never participated.”

II. Complete the registration

First-time participants to Centrallia will need to complete the necessary fields of the registration form. You will then have two options:

Proceed to online payment (preferred method):

This option will prompt you to pay via PayPal, or with your credit card (no PayPal account needed).

Once your payment is processed, you will automatically receive your user name and password, enabling you to complete your online profile.

If you do not see a message from in your inbox, please verify your spam mail folder.

Invoice me ($50 processing fee will be applied):

By choosing this option, you will be sent an invoice, which you will have the option of paying with a cheque or wire transfer (see section 3 for details).

Within 5 business days of completing your registration, you will receive your username and password, allowing you to complete your online profile.

III. Other – as specified by your delegation leader

If travelling as part of an organised group, your delegation leader may have specific instructions regarding payment for Centrallia. For example, some Delegation Leaders may collect the registration fee, and provide you with your username and password. Please contact your Delegation Leader directly for details.

3. Payment Options

I. PayPal or credit card (PP/CC)

The option to pay via PP/CC is available following the completion of your registration (chose “Proceed to Online payment”) or via the Cart in your online profile, by clicking “Buy with PayPal.”

II. Cheque

III. Wire transfer

A wire transfer allows you to pay directly from your financial institution to ours.

4. Complete your profile

Using your username and password, login and complete your online registration and prepare your matchmaking profile. Please complete your profile as soon as possible. This will maximize your visibility and help attract companies to meet your objectives.

As the organizer, the World Trade Centre Winnipeg reserves the right to redirect and/or refuse any company seeking to participate in Centrallia in order to maintain an optimal balance across sectors and markets.

5. Cancellation Policy

Full refund, less an administrative fee of $50 CAD, is possible if cancellation is made before May 11th, 2016. No refunds after May 11th, 2016.
